Q: Can I buy a reproduction of a photograph instead of the original?

A: Yes, you may request information about purchasing a high quality digital scan of an original image.


Q: Does Project b ship to locations outside the U.S.?

A: Yes, Project b ships all over the world.


Q: What is a curiosity?

A: A curiosity is an object that is unusual because it is uncommon, exotic, strange, novel, or unexpected.


Q: What if I am not satisfied with the Item once I receive it?

A: Your satisfaction is an important part of our business. Items may be returned within 3 days for a refund of the purchase price, less postage and insurance costs.


Q: Does Project b search for special items upon request?

A: Project b does not offer search services but it is possible that we have what you are looking for in our inventory. Please contact us if you are looking for something that you do not see on the site it may be in the back room!


Q: What if I receive item and it has been damaged in the mail?

A: Project b cannot take responsibility for items damaged in the mail. We encourage you to request postal insurance when ordering. We make every effort to package your item so it will arrive to you safely.


Q: What does 'vintage' mean?

A: 'Vintage' is a collector's term for the first few photographs printed by the photographer from his or her negative. Generally, it is printed at or near the time the negative is made.


Q: What is Silver Gelatin Print?

A: This is a term for the black and white photographic process used during most of the twentieth century. It refers to the light sensitive ingredient (a silver compound) and the 'glue' (gelatin) that holds it to the paper during manufacture.
